Jamie Dubinsky, Personal Trainer
Jamie discovered exercise science and earned a degree in the discipline at Slippery Rock University in 1999. With her degree in Exercise Science, Dubinsky has managed exercise and wellness programs for corporations and has designed personal training programs for athletes as well as non-athletes, those who wish to improve their general health, lose weight, and/or become stronger.
Through her exercise science background, she has developed physical therapy regimens and managed fitness facilities, and created programs for individuals recovering from cardiac surgery.
In 2009, she opened her own fitness business, Base Fitness and Sports Performance, which she operates from home, and does personal training at the Alpha Fitness Club facility with clients ranging in age from 8-to-seniors in general fitness programs.

Not only do you receive workout sessions with TayVon but you also receive a nutrition book with healthy recipes and ways to monitor your food intake. Included in the book are workouts you can do at home for the days you are not training.
TayVon is not only a certified personal trainer but he is also a sports specific trainer and will help any athlete get prepared for his/her next season. TayVon is also a semi professional football player and has worked with clients of all ages and physical fitness levels.
