Frank was born and raised in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from West Mifflin Area High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He previously worked at Matthews International Corporation as Sales Representative for the state of Pennsylvania.
Frank has been involved in fitness, training, and competition for over 15 years. He is a competitive and award-winning Body Builder and Power Lifter.

Frank has competed in events sanctioned by the Anti-Drug Athletes United (ADAU), American Natural Body Building Conference, the Organization of Competitive Body Builders, and the National Gym Association - all organizations that require drug-free qualification.
